It all started in 2014 when founder Marcus Webb spent a summer perfecting his grandmother's hot sauce recipe in his backyard in West Chicago. Friends and family couldn't get enough — and word spread fast. Within months, Marcus was catering neighborhood events out of a single smoker and a cooler of sauces.
By 2016, he took the leap and opened the first Wing Snob kitchen on North Ave. The concept was simple: no-compromise chicken wings, handcrafted sauces made from real ingredients, and a bold flavor philosophy that refused to be ordinary. The community responded with lines out the door from day one.
